1994: CHANEL’s ‘Vamp’ nail polish
CHANEL’s famous ‘Vamp’ nail polish, a reddish-black hue originally called ‘Rouge Noir’, rose to popularity after Uma Thurman sported the shade in Pulp Fiction. Interestingly, the famous colour was apparently created from scratch at the famed French maison’s 1994 autumn/winter runway show.
