After becoming the earliest Stitch Fix investor, she has also set her sights on a top-down approach to diversifying the corporate culture with theBoardlist, a company she founded that connects boards with women from diverse backgrounds. “If you want to change the dynamic for women,” she says, “you need more women in power.”
