Never one to shy away from skin-baring outfits, the daring singer-songwriter decided to bare it all in a bedazzled jumpsuit at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
While Ashley Tisdale had some nipple pasties on, Halsey opted to go totally braless underneath her bedazzled striped see-through outfit. Her boobs were clearly put on display in front of the photographers at the Madison Square Garden. Although she looked underwear-free, Halsey actually wore a nude thong that provided little coverage.
