Ronda Rousey
Many probably didn’t know this, but before taking over the MMA scene, Ronda Rousey was a household name. She was the first American female to scoop an Olympic accolade in judo. In 2008, she got the bronze medal at the Beijing Olympics.
This paved the way for her entry into a career in MMA, and the rest is history. Rousey used her fame and popularity to kick-start her WWE career. Even though the fights are set up these days, we can see her flipping her opponents around in the ring.
