Kendrick’s favorite kind of film is dark comedy, which initially drew her to the film 50/50. Despite playing a slew of teenage characters throughout her career, Kendrick had her first onscreen romance at the age of 25, in the film 50/50 opposite Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
